We present a detailed site plan: plant palettes (nectar & host), layout of planting zones, water sources/puddling areas, shelter & roosting zones, pathways or viewing areas, and maintenance guidelines.

3. Plant Sourcing & Installation Oversight
We source high-quality plants (preferably native or ecotypes), supervise planting, monitor establishment, and make adjustments through the first season.

4. Maintenance & Monitoring Support
We provide a care guide (watering, pruning, pest control, volunteer or staff training) and offer optional periodic check-ins, monitoring butterfly visits and plant health.
